· March, 1995: Company established and headquartered in Northern Virginia 

· 1995 to 1999: Primary focus was Leadership and Project Management Training for Corporate, Government and Non-Profit Clients 

· 1999 to 2007: Primary focus became business management consulting and training. We provided strategists in market pre-eminence to Fortune 500 to mid-sized corporations to help them achieve superior business results.

· 2007: Started a real estate development sister company with a focus on multi-family housing projects; also formed Core Impact Media to serve the radio and other media industries

· 2007/08: Added small business coaching as a core competency and function; acquired US license rights to a coaching program

· 2008/09: Positioned company to pursue a grander vision of becoming a project developer, equity owner of projects and companies, and began to resource the company to focus on a portfolio of projects, partners and ownership in business intelligence, environmental technology, and human development initiatives.

· Spring/Summer 2009: Fully launched Core Impact Inc’s new vision; split off consulting services into a new company - Core Impact Consulting, Inc.; established Core Impact Business Intelligence, LLC; and decided to open a major corporate office in the Denver, CO area during 1st quarter of 2010 to be better strategically located to pursue key projects, partnerships and growth opportunities.
