Mr. Stay brings to Core Impact, Inc. a diverse background within the real estate asset management, development and acquisition realm. He brings experience and knowledge of real estate, privatization, business organization, and the creation of successful, profitable, and enduring companies.
Mr. Stay directed the acquisition and development of multi-family residential development projects, commerical projects, acquisition, disposition and management of multi-milllion dollar asset portfolio across th country. He managed all business and financial operations, including tax, corporate, and legal matters. As well, Mr. Stay was the director of lender and investor relations, maintaining open communication throughout the project lifetimes to payoffs and returns. Core Impact and Mr. Stay created and implemented the strategic plans to insure financial sovereignty and long term viability of these development projects.
Derived from the success of the development projects, Mr. Stay was tasked to manage all residential real estate transactions from pre-due diligence, to financial forecasting, budgeting and end state acquisitions. This included the management of their property management portfolio where he created the systems and templates for multifamily property management that is still in use today. Those systems that were developed resulted from the goal of fixing the flaws that existed between owner, developer, property manager, and finally tenants. This allowed for a much more dynamic and elastic relationship directly between owner and tenant, where the perspective and objectives for each party are carefully considered.
As the finance, asset and budget manager, Mr. Stay has built an extensive network with Core Impact’s banking partners and investors. He has worked with lenders from institutional banks to hard-money lending, and investors from individuals to group conglomerates. While each source brings different and new challenges, Mr. Stay has successfully kept lines of communication consistently open and delivered on all objectives.
