Frankie Morea brings more then 27 years of leadership, human potential development and radio management/programming experience to Core Impact Media. Since 1999, Frankie has served as General Manager and Program director of WPER-FM serving the South Western suburbs of Washington DC.

Frankie’s leadership and programming abilities has helped lead WPER from sign on status to a thriving AC Christian music station. Frankie is now also assisting His parent company PAR as they purchase a major network and expand their coverage area statewide in Virginia as well as other Christian stations in North Carolina, West Virginia and Tennessee.

Frankie’s journey with the Lord Jesus Christ began in 1986 with a clear call to Christian radio in early 87. Frankie has dedicated His broadcast career to Christian programming since 1988. Frankie’s radio career has brought him through a diverse background of formats and cultures. Born in Queens, NY and raised in Brooklyn, Frankie cut his teeth listening to Classic radio stations such as the legendary WABC, WNBC, 99X and later Z 100.

Frankie has worked for radio stations in Texas, North Carolina and most recently, Northern Virginia, just outside Washington DC. His passion for Christ and programming has allowed him to enjoy high ratings as a personality and programmer and growing revenues for his employers! Christian radio programming experience includes AC, CHR, SOUTHREN GOSPEL, TEACHING AND TALK!

Currently Frankie lives in Amissville, Virginia with his lovely wife of 19 years Eva. They have two daughters, 27 and 24, both are married. Frankie and Eva are now enjoying their three grandchildren William and Elliot Jones, and Aiden Monroe.
