BOEING: Prepared and presented acquisition strategies to Boeing executive level management personnel for the acquisition and management of mission critical Management Information Systems (MIS).
CHEVRON CORPORATION: Provided program management for the largest government privatization project in history at the time (US $3.8 Billion – 1995). Lead industry team, provided capture plan, marketing plan, call plan, proposal, contract negotiations, organizational development and mobilization and overall strategic planning. Also, provided expert witness testimony for multimillion dollar litigation case.
EVERGREEN INTERNATIONAL AVIATION, INC.-Evergreen Recovery System (ERS): Prepared and presented acquisition strategies to executive management for the acquisition and management of an aircraft recovery system. Tasks included analysis of technical solutions, "turn key" proposal preparation, customer liaison, customer presentations, cost analysis, and system implementation and project management.
GENERAL DYNAMICS- US$700 million classified project: Provided agency liaison, proposal management, cost and pricing, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and post award program management support. Worked with General Dynamics lead corporate counsel to uphold contract award and defend protests of contract award by unsuccessful contractors.
GMH MILITARY HOUSING: Provided strategic support services for new business development, proposal preparation, oral presentations and follow-up implementation for privatization of military housing throughout US. End-user clients include Department of Army, Navy and Air Force. The team was a partnership that united one of the nation’s premier operating teams with experience in both military housing privatization and campus living (GMH Military Housing) with one of the nation’s leading home builders (Centex Construction) and an award-winning comprehensive architecture and design firm (Niles Bolton Associates). Over a period of 5 years, GMH Military Housing was awarded 18 projects, in 13 states with 22,000 privatized military family housing units under management.
GOVERNMENT AND NON-PROFITS: Provided strategic planning, market research and analysis, leadership training, organizational optimization to various government and non-profit organizations including: Department of the Army, Department of Energy, Department of Human Services - Commonwealth of Virginia, County of Culpeper Virginia, Positive Alternative Radio Stations, Career Partners – Business/Education Partnership, Stafford Crossing Community Church, Fellowship of Covenant Ministries International, Shiloh Hopebuilders, Rappahannock-Rapidan Regional Commission.
HEWLETT PACKARD: Prepared and presented acquisition strategies to executive personnel for the acquisition and management of Air Force IT systems. Tasks included development of acquisition and cost strategies, marketing support, analysis of technical solutions, life cycle cost analysis, system implementation and project management.
IBM: Prepared and presented acquisition strategies to program management personnel for the acquisition and management of Government Management Information Systems (MIS).
INFOCARE SOUTH AFRICA: Developed strategic plan to start-up US based company to compete in the North American market of enterprise hospital software systems. Provided business optimization, strategic planning, organizational assessment, legal structuring and teaming partnership agreements. Also, providing leadership to the US based company – TKC-Infocare, LLC.
INTERCON CONSULTANTS LTD.: Supported Government of Canada tenders for the acquisition, implementation, and management of IT contracts and programs. Prepared and negotiated teaming agreements with international product and service companies for multiple IT, communication and space systems.
IOWA FOUNDATION FOR MEDICAL CARE-Medical Review information Center (MRIC): Provided "turn key" project support for a National Institutes of Health Records Management contract.
LUCENT TECHNOLOGIES-Consolidated Data Library (CDL): Airline data conversion, storage and distribution project. Provided customer marketing liaison, presentation preparation, technical requirements definition, and multiple vendor management support.
NANOGEN: Provided strategic planning and turnkey proposal preparation services for a CDC project to conduct R&D of a rapid diagnostic test for avian flu. Ultimately this project will result in likely production and distribution of 60 million+ tests.
NOVAVAX: Provided proposal writing services for smallpox vaccine project. Focused on management and risk sections.
PLANNING RESEARCH CORPORATION (PRC): Developed tactical and strategic business models for the Information Systems Division. Tasks included capacity planning, enterprise resource planning, marketing, development of customer call plans, and preparation of tactical and strategic sales strategies.
